Where is Tobin Lofts located?
Tobin Lofts is located off of North Main Street, right next to the SAC Campus.
Where is the leasing office located and what are your hours?
The temporary office is located at 1415 N. Main office, our hours are currently Mon-Fri from 9AM-6PM and Sat from 10AM-5PM.

What floor plans do you offer?
Tobin offers efficiency, 1, 2, and 4 bedroom options.
Do your apartments come furnished?
The apartments are fully furnished with an option of unfurnished.
What does rent include?
The rent includes all utilities (water, cable, electricity, and internet)
How long is my lease?
The lease will be a 12 month term.
What makes me eligible to be a resident at Tobin Lofts?
You must be a student of any higher education institution in the US.
Do I have to be a student at San Antonio College to live here?
No, you do not.
Can I use my financial aid to pay rent?
What is the process to match roommates?
Fill out the roommate matching questionnaire online when you sign your lease. We will then use that information and match you to your future roommate.
What is an individual lease?
An individual lease is a “per bed” lease. You sign for a private room in the apartment and you share the common area with your roommates. You are not financially responsible for each other.
When do I move in?
If I sign a lease at Tobin Lofts do I qualify for in district tuition?
Yes! Please take a copy of your signed lease to your college campus and you will receive the in-district tuition rate.*Must meet Texas resident requirement
How do I apply for an apartment?
Using our online portal, you can complete the entire leasing process. Log on to www.livetobinlofts.com where you can fill out and submit your application, your guarantor’s application, your roommate preferences form, and finally, you can even fill out the lease for your new apartment!
